Warranty Policy – ElectroSteps™
What’s Covered?
Our 2-year warranty applies exclusively to the motor of the vehicle.
If a manufacturing defect or technical issue occurs within this period, we will provide a suitable solution free of charge.
What’s Not Covered?
The following items are not covered under this warranty:
- Battery, display, or other electronic components
- Normal wear and tear (e.g., tires, brakes, lights)
- Damage caused by misuse, improper maintenance, or accidents
- Water damage or corrosion
- Damage from falls or external factors
- Repairs or modifications by third parties or unauthorized service providers
Warranty Claim Conditions
To submit a warranty claim, the following conditions must be met:
- You can provide a valid proof of purchase
- The scooter has been used and maintained according to the manual
- The claim is made within the 2-year warranty period
How Does It Work?
ElectroSteps.nl does not perform repairs in-house. If there’s a motor issue covered by warranty:
- We will assess the defect (possibly via photos/videos or by inspecting the returned item)
- If approved, you’ll receive a replacement part or product, depending on the situation
