At ElectroSteps.nl, we stand behind the quality of our motors. That’s why we offer a 2-Years warranty on the motor of all our electric scooters.

Warranty Policy – ElectroSteps™

What’s Covered?

Our 2-year warranty applies exclusively to the motor of the vehicle.

If a manufacturing defect or technical issue occurs within this period, we will provide a suitable solution free of charge.

What’s Not Covered?

The following items are not covered under this warranty:

  • Battery, display, or other electronic components
  • Normal wear and tear (e.g., tires, brakes, lights)
  • Damage caused by misuse, improper maintenance, or accidents
  • Water damage or corrosion
  • Damage from falls or external factors
  • Repairs or modifications by third parties or unauthorized service providers

Warranty Claim Conditions

To submit a warranty claim, the following conditions must be met:

  • You can provide a valid proof of purchase
  • The scooter has been used and maintained according to the manual
  • The claim is made within the 2-year warranty period

How Does It Work?

ElectroSteps.nl does not perform repairs in-house. If there’s a motor issue covered by warranty:

  1. We will assess the defect (possibly via photos/videos or by inspecting the returned item)
  2. If approved, you’ll receive a replacement part or product, depending on the situation
