1. What is the processing time for my order?
Once you place your order, we begin processing it immediately. The standard processing time is 1-3 working days. After processing, your order will be handed over to our delivery partners for shipping.
2. What are the delivery times for my order?

For the Netherlands: Standard delivery time is 4-7 working days.

For other European countries: Standard delivery time is 4-12 working days.

Orders placed before 23:00 are typically processed and dispatched on the same day for next-day delivery within the Netherlands.

Please note: During busy periods, such as holidays, delivery times may be slightly longer. Occasionally, stock shortages may lead to a delivery window of 2-4 weeks.
3. Are there any shipping costs?
No, we offer free shipping on all orders, regardless of the size or weight of the products.
4. How can I track my order?
Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a Track & Trace code. You can use this code to track your package and see when it will be delivered.
If you don’t receive the code, please check your spam folder or contact our customer service.
5. How will I be notified about my order status?
You will receive:

Regular updates on the status of your order, if applicable.
6. Which countries do you ship to?
We ship to all addresses within the Netherlands and all European countries.
7. What should I do if my order is missing or damaged?
If your order is lost or appears to be damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will assist you in resolving the situation and either ensure your order is delivered or offer a suitable solution.

8. How can I change my delivery address after placing an order?
If you need to change the delivery address, please contact us immediately after placing your order. We will make every effort to change the address before dispatch.
Note: Once the order has been shipped, we cannot alter the delivery address.
9. How do I return an item?
You have the right to return your order within 14 days from the day of receipt without providing a reason. After cancelling, you have an additional 14 days to send the product back.
We will refund the full amount of your order, including shipping costs. Return shipping costs are at your expense (approximately €7.25 per package, depending on the carrier).
The product must be returned in original condition and packaging.
10. How can I return a product?
To return an item, follow these steps:

Submit a return request: Contact us via email at support@electrosteps.nl within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number, product name, and the reason for the return.

Receive a return label: Once your return request is approved, we will send you a return label. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Send the product back: Pack the item securely (including original packaging and accessories) and ship it back to the address provided.
11. How long does it take to process a refund?
Refunds will be processed within 14 days after we receive and inspect the returned product. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method used for the order.
12. Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by contacting us via support@electrosteps.nl. After 24 hours, cancellation is only possible if the order has not yet been shipped.
13. Can I exchange a product?
Yes! If you want to exchange a product, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We will guide you through the return process and help you place a new order for the desired product.
14. What if I want to return a pre-order or out-of-stock item?
For items that are pre-orders or temporarily out of stock, delivery times may be longer than usual. We will clearly communicate any delays via email, so you’ll know when to expect your product.
